Additionally, Treasury Analyst determines procurement of funds, and monitors investments and collections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager.     Responsibilities:

    • Compile all required information for submission to the Bank for the funding of construction loan draws for the building of residential homes.
    • Once all required information has been compiled, formally submit the construction load draw request to the Bank.
    • Coordinate with the Bank the processing of all construction loan draw requests through ultimate completion and receipt of funds, which will entail coordinating property site inspections with the Bank.
    • Monitor the status of all construction loan draw requests and be able to report out to management the status of said funding requests on an ongoing basis.
    • Open new Bank accounts and maintain user access rights and profiles within the Bank’s web-based platform.
    • Prepare weekly cash positioning reports for management.
    • Manage all ongoing reporting requirements for assigned banking relationships.
    • Monitor ACH Positive Pay for all assigned Bank accounts.
    • Process funding transactions as instructed/directed by management.
    • Execute the movement of cash both within and across various companies and Banks via various methods such as wires, ACH, and book transfers.
    • Ad Hoc analyses and reporting as request by management.

    Competencies:

    • Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, highly organized with strong analytical skills.
    • Experience in working with Bank deposit/treasury-management platforms.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

    Preferred Skills:

    • 1 to 2 years of prior work experience in a like role, inclusive of internships.
    • Knowledge of, or prior experience in, residential real estate, particularly construction.
