Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of daily treasury operations. Oversees cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Analyst researches economic trends and investment opportunities. May assist senior staff with preparing materials and reports using standard methodologies and procedures. Additionally, Treasury Analyst determines procurement of funds, and monitors investments and collections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Treasury Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be a Treasury Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Treasury Management Operations Analyst

  • The Product Analyst is responsible for production of reports used to measure and monitor the efficiency, accuracy, volume, profitability, security, risk and/or timeliness of assigned products and services, and/or the first-line support of selected products, including the assistance of internal and external callers in service implementation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance. The incumbent will draft and/or update procedures used within assigned departments and assist in the gathering of information needed to document compliance with policies and procedures for audit or bank examinations. S/He may assist with project administration or contribute as part of a larger project team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Produces assigned reports in a timely and accurate fashion. Identifies and recommends improvements in the accuracy and efficiency of the reporting process.
    • If so assigned, provides first-line support for callers (internal and external) related to the delivery and administration of assigned products. First-line support includes, but is not limited to, answering routine inquiries, performing basic maintenance functions, and/or assisting the caller with system access issues.
    • May assist in the testing and implementation of system and procedural changes, especially with respect to the documentation of said changes and test results; sometimes assists with administering projects within the assigned product or service area or contributes on behalf of that product or service in larger projects.
    • Assists management in maintaining complete and accurate records needed to document production and demonstrate compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
    • Reviews user materials for assigned products, including manuals, training programs, and release notes, to become more familiar with product capabilities and to advise Operations management when changes may be needed to United Bank processes, procedures, communications, etc.

    Qualifications

    • At least one year of banking experience with an emphasis in Operations OR a college degree in Business, MIS, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
    • Close attention to detail and an aptitude for assembling data from multiple sources into useful management information; the ability to recognize a disparity in data and mark it for further investigation.
    • Experience working successfully in a structured environment with policies and procedures.
    • Evidence of communication skills sufficient to create and/or interpret operating procedures; ability to communicate professionally with service partners and customers via telephone and e-mail.
    • Potential to understand workflows and system requirements to the degree necessary to write procedures, generate reports, and/or provide first-line support to customers and service partners.
