Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of daily treasury operations. Oversees cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Analyst researches economic trends and investment opportunities. May assist senior staff with preparing materials and reports using standard methodologies and procedures. Additionally, Treasury Analyst determines procurement of funds, and monitors investments and collections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Treasury Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be a Treasury Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.     The right Treasury Management Officer will generate new business from prospects and serve as a trusted partner for current business customers. By offering tailored Treasury Management solutions, a Treasury Management Officer will help protect and manage customer funds. To thrive in this role, the right candidate must be sales and goal oriented, have strong industry knowledge of Treasury Management and possess the ability to work with referral partners within the Bank. This position holds quick leadership potential as well as a chance to lead the Treasury Management department.


    Treasury Management Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and identify customer needs in order to recommend appropriate accounts, services, strategies, and solutions.
    • Maintain extensive knowledge of available products, services, fees, processing deadlines, and bank processes.
    • Manages a seamless transition for on-boarding new customers including the partnership with TM Support.
    • Performs regular client follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Orchestrates customer and prospects calls to expand on and build new business relationships.

    Treasury Management Qualifications:

    • Current Treasury Management experience of at least 5 years.
    • College level coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or Business Administration is preferred.
    • Demonstrated success managing and growing a treasury / deposit customer portfolio with an organization.
    • Poses the necessary sales skills and experience specific to generating new deposit and Treasury customers in the banking industry.
    • Be confident in their ability to generate new deposit customers.
    • Strong collaboration skills.
    • Effective communication and listening skills.
    • Must be goal oriented and demonstrated ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
