This position reports to the Treasury Manager of the Debt Operation team and plays a critical part in supporting various treasury functions and initiatives aimed at optimizing our financial operations. Reconcile the Customer Payment Pool Transfer on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist the Senior Treasury Analyst in activities related to Interest Rate SWAPs, Interest Rate CAPs, and interest notices tie-out. Track and document closing costs for new project finance deals, maintain invoice copies, and coordinate with the cash operation team for timely payments. Work closely with the Senior Treasury Analyst to support ongoing maintenance activities for the Treasury Management System (TMS), including data validation, new deal set-up,and entering drawdown/paydown data as they arise. Ensure compliance with audit trail requirements by saving the signed version of the Transfer Certificate, draw packages, LTA (Loan Transaction Analysis) reports, and title company endorsement reports for each project finance deal. Aid in the preparation of monthly loan request forms for various Project Finance deals, ensuring compliance with lender and servicer loan requirements. Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in treasury operations. Support ad hoc projects aimed at improving treasury processes and implementing new technologies to enhance operational efficiencies. Assist in treasury-related audits and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements. Participate in broader treasury projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the department. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS in Finance or Business Management with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting Two or more years of professional experience in Treasury, Accounting or Finance is preferred. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Mid-sized or large public company experience. Familiarity with complex lending credit facilities, focused on real estate. Experience with asset based lending and banking platform systems. ERP (Workday) and TMS (GTreasury) experience preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in adapting to evolving responsibilities, with a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges. Highly motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks. Treasury Analysts seem to be robots plugging in numbers to spreadsheets, but the Director of Billing basically is responsible for and involved in all accounting related to revenues – deferring unearned, accruing unbilled, dealing with auditors, analyzing to ensure accuracy, determining appropriate accruals for bad debt, some forecasting of future billing and/or cash flow, etc.
