Treasury Analyst

Description
The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for global bank account administration and global cash balance reporting. Supports corporate T&E, procurement, and merchant card programs. Performs analyses and is a contributor in implementation of treasury related process improvements. Provides support on insurance related matters as needed. The ideal candidate should have a desire to pursue a career in finance, be extremely organized, have strong time management skills and be self-motivated.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares daily cash position and global cash reports including short-term cash forecast and debt service schedule.
- Supports the achievement of global liquidity objectives, including cash pooling, dividends and intercompany loans.
- Resolves issues while maintaining strong working relationships with banking partners.
- Administers and supports users for the corporate T&E, procurement and merchant programs.
- Administers online banking platforms.
- Maintains bank account documentation, including authorized signers for global bank accounts.
- Assists with annual FBAR compliance reporting.
- Executes FX spot and hedge transactions through FX-All platform and other banking platforms.
- Prepares monthly accrual journal entries and performs other month-end responsibilities as needed.
- Assists in documenting treasury procedures and controls documentation.
- Supports the treasury group with miscellaneous projects, including process improvement and automation.
- Performs analyses and projects as assigned.
- Creates and analyzes weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Supports audit requests.
- Assists with collecting and analyzing insurance exposure data for renewals.
- Supports daily insurance requests for COIs and Auto ID cards.
- Prioritizes and effectively manages multiple responsibilities.

- Contributes to improvement initiatives that eliminate, simplify, standardize and automate processes.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field (Required)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Treasury, Banking, Accounting or a related field (Required)
