Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of daily treasury operations. Oversees cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Analyst researches economic trends and investment opportunities. May assist senior staff with preparing materials and reports using standard methodologies and procedures. Additionally, Treasury Analyst determines procurement of funds, and monitors investments and collections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Treasury Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be a Treasury Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.     Troubleshooting mobile devices (knowledge of AirWatch/Mobile Iron/Blackberry/Good for Enterprise is a plus)
    Willing to work in different shifts and national holidays as required by Operations.

    Internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome, Firefox)
    Anti-virus and firewall software
    PC Hardware knowledge

    o Laptop
    o Peripheral devices (printers, scanners)

    Mobile devices and OS (iOS/Android/Windows)
    PC Hardware knowledge

To provide level 1 remote desktop support to resolve tickets orprovide hardware or software or network problem diagnosis or resolution via telephoneoremailorchat within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time. (3.) To update worklogs and follow shiftor escalation process to escalate complex problem to appropriate support specialistsorroute problems to 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff as the case be. (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and self development. (5.) To adhere to quality standards (voice and accent , Tech Monitoring), regulatory requirements and company policies. (6.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum average handling time ( AHT), rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases.
