Job Description:

Hellofresh is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join the Tax & Treasury team and will be responsible for supporting cash management and corporate treasury operations. The candidate will work cross-functionally with other business areas and collaborate closely with the Growth team. The Senior Financial Analyst will become an expert analyzing KPIs, financial results, and budget variance. They will be responsible for creating models, methodologies, and dashboards to support data analysis, budget cycles, financial forecasts, and performance metrics reporting. To be successful in this role, you must be data-driven, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, skilled in communicating complex analyses and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will ...

• Perform cash management activity, including monitoring balances, analyzing cash position, and reviewing cash transactions
• Assist with daily payables
• Prepare monthly dashboard reports
• Work with Treasury Manager on bank account maintenance, opening and closing of accounts, and service optimization
• Act as liaison between banks and internal departments
• Monitor bank fees
• Support and evaluate company payables card programs
• Collaborate with Accounting team on account reconciliations
• Ad-hoc projects as necessary

You are...

• Familiar with Finance, Accounting, and Banking concepts
• Familiar with (or open to learning) ERP (Oracle), TMS, and bank system connectivity
• Someone with excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork is highly desired
• Ability to multitask, and specifically to prioritize the most important tasks
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectively
• Must be a self-motivator
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

At a minimum, you have...

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of Corporate Finance experience
• Experience with online banking platforms and Oracle ERP a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suites
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills
