Treasury Analyst jobs in Gilbert, AZ

What You'll Do:

Tasks listed below are not an exhaustive list of all the tasks that may be required for this position.

• Opens, maintains, and closes of bank accounts as needed
• Maintains accurate and complete bank account tracking schedules
• Provides and maintains user access on all company banking platforms
• Prepares bank paperwork for authorized signatories (CFO/VP of Accounting)
• Oversees treasury relationships, serving as a point of contact with banks
• Manages Positive Pay (i.e., uploading files, clearing exceptions)
• Initiates vendor payments (Wires, ACH, Textura)
• Provides general assistance to Accounts Payable team on departmental tasks
• Assists with payroll/accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statement
• Any other duties as assigned or directed.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively, and positively with other Associates and owner contacts
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• High degree of responsibility and initiative.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work a schedule that may include hours other than 8-5 Monday through Friday, including overtime, depending on business needs.
