Treasury Analyst

THE POSITION:
The Treasury Analyst will be an integral part of the finance function and will report directly to the treasury manager and will assist in treasury operations, capital markets transactions, and management reporting. STACK currently has $6.5B of financing in place currently, and the Treasury team helps raise Billions every year to finance ongoing development of a huge real estate portfolio. The treasury analyst will support all facets of STACK’s treasury operations.
Treasury Operations
- Responsible for the daily cash management functions including consolidated cash balance reporting, cash flow forecasting (short term and long term) and overall bank account management
- Responsible for monitoring all collections activity associated with the asset-based lending facility.
- Responsible for monthly compliance reporting with asset-based lending and senior lender base. Manage the bank account database (inventory of bank accounts, signatories, and authorizations along with a repository of authorizing documents) to ensure all bank accounts are within company policy.

Management Reporting
- Assist in monitoring the ongoing servicing of the company's debt portfolio, including compliance with covenants and financial reporting to the company's financial institutions.
- Responsible for completing quarterly dividend analysis for investor distributions.
- Assist with monthly reporting on company's asset-backed security structure
- Assist with funding requests with the company's bond trustee and servicing agent.
- Calculate monthly pro forma covenant tests.
Capital Markets
- Support the treasury manager and treasury director with all financing activities, including KYC and due diligence related to sourcing new debt and closing loans.
- Support the treasury manager in providing updated portfolio metrics to banking partners for discussions around maintaining optimal capital structure to drive the strategic direction of the company.

- Location: Denver, CO - In Office 4 days week with 1 remote day
- Travel: Less than 5%
- Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Bonus
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
