Responsibilities : Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements. Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on clients' needs and interests.

Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other services.

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to provide personalized assistance and address inquiries promptly.

Stay updated on travel trends, industry developments, and destination information to provide relevant recommendations and insights.

Handle any issues or changes to travel plans efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to clients' experiences. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions using our CRM system.

Work closely with team members and travel partners to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.

Requirements : Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in using booking platforms, GDS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Adaptability to remote work environment and willingness to embrace new technologies. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning well in a team setting.
