Travel Manager directs the operation of the company's travel services. Administers and monitors the travel policies, guidelines, and budget to deliver efficient travel arrangements. Being a Travel Manager prepares periodic budget and utilization reports. Provides guidance to employees about travel requirements including visa, medical, and special conditions. Additionally, Travel Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Travel Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Travel Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     The Food Court Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing all aspects of the food court by ensuring a profitable, efficient, and clean facility while meeting company performance standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle all problems that cannot be handled at a lower level.
    • Ensure all personnel are in proper working uniform and neat in appearance.
    • Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the store meets company standards and is in proper working order, inside and out.
    • Report all maintenance, customer, and personnel problems to upper management regularly.
    • Assist in providing annual and 90-day evaluations of staff.
    • Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
    • Assist in making sure all personnel are trained thoroughly.
    • Be proficient in opening and closing the store, including the completion of all required paperwork.
    • Assist in hiring, disciplinary action, and termination of personnel with the involvement of the Management Team and Corporate Human Resources Department.
    • Assist in making sure employees are following the proper procedures for all aspects of food operations and handling/storage of product, which complies with all food handling guidelines to meet or exceed state/federal regulations.
    • Prepare any prep work and stocking for the next shift and as need for all concepts.
    • Handle and prepare RAW chicken products properly and to safety standards.
    • Use and clean fryers, speed ovens, and all other ovens according to safety and company policies.
    • Record temps and waste properly.
    • Assist in oversight of staffing levels and ensure budget goals are maintained.
    • Ensure equipment is updated and maintained.
    • Assist Food Court Manager in holding and conducting shift and department meetings as required and report to upper management as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws.
    • Ensure the security of merchandise in the facility.
    • Communicate appropriately with customers and all company personnel.
    • Oversee and perform all managerial duties when manager is away.
    • Provide friendly and competent customer service.
    • Report for work in a timely manner when scheduled with regular and consistent attendance.

     

    Additional Job Duties:

    • Assisting in other duties, as assigned.

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Directly supervise 5 or more employees.

     

    Qualifications

     

    Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):

    • Must have one to three years experience with food court operations.

     

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Must have strong communication skills.
    • Must have management training or equivalent.
    • Must display use of good judgment and demonstrate leadership qualities.
    • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. 
    • Must be able to communicate in English. – IF APPLICABLE
    • Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
    • Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
