Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers, golf courses and hotels by phone and email
• General office responsibilities helping a passionate team with all tasks
• Assisting reservationists by making outgoing calls
• Answering the telephone and helping customers with basic information
• Calling golf courses and hotels to confirm reservations or book tee times
• Candidates should be willing and able to perform a variety of general office duties
• Using the computer to plan, quote and book golf vacations
• Maintaining contact with customers utilizing top-notch follow-up skills
• Opportunities for cross-training as business needs dictate

Experience:

• An upbeat, pleasant telephone voice and the ability to gently and politely lead the conversation
• Strong computer skills including PC, email, Internet, and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs as technology dictates
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• A self-motivated team player, who thrives in a self-disciplined environment
• Basic website, on-line booking and internet skills
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Well organized with good time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
