Travel Coordinator jobs in West Virginia
Travel Coordinator coordinates travel arrangements. Schedules hotel, flight, and car rentals and prepares itineraries. Being a Travel Coordinator answers questions about travel policies and process. Assists with visa processing and other travel related documentation. Additionally, Travel Coordinator ensures that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget. May coordinate with outside travel agencies. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Travel Coordinator works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Requirements : Provide group quotes to customers in a timely manner. Fulfill all responsibilities related to large numbers of arriving groups, individual reservations, and requests for specific products.
Answers calls from guests and travel partners about groups Help customers with inquiries on the resort, features, group menus, event space, etc.
Follow up on group quotes by sending customers a proposal. Qualifications : Excellent listening, writing, and speaking abilities strong ability to follow up Excellent listening abilities Capacity to effectively qualify inquiries Strong computer skills and the ability to operate in a remote atmosphere are required.
