I am looking for some amazing people who would like a side job earning extra spending money working with families and international teenagers. I work for a non-profit that places exchange students, and we need to expand our team. I need a self-motivated, organized person, has excellent people skills, and is great with kids and deadlines.

Job Description:

• You will use all forms of social media, in-person contact or any novel ideas you have to recruit host families. This is key because it's how we are able to get exchange students here.
• After finding a family, you would help match them with one of the kids in our online system.
• You would assist the family through the application process and then oversee the student once they are here.
• You would form a relationship with each student you oversee. Visit with them each month and check in with the host family as well.

This position will offer you flexible work schedule, the opportunity to make a meaningful change and the travel incentives are great as well.

This is a contract position and does not have a regular salary or hourly pay. Pay is basically based on placement and oversight of each student.
