    Summary of Job Duties:The Purchasing/Travel Coordinator is responsible for coordinating office activities, researching and preparing special reports, and developing, revising, and recommending administrative policies and procedures as directed by the supervisor. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma

    • At one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field

    • Plus at two years of experience in a specialized or a related field applicable to work performed


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with High School Agriculture/FFA & Cooperative Extension Service

    • Experience with Integrated Information Systems

    • Proficient experience with the Microsoft Office Suite

    • Experience working in a higher education environment


    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

    • Knowledge of University of Arkansas Workday, UAConnect, LEAVE and HOURLY, Travel, and Purchasing

    • Ability to multi-task and handle disruptions well while working with little supervision

    $30,000 - $35,000
