Travel Coordinator jobs in Florida

We are seeking energetic and passionate individuals to get trained in the Travel Industry as a Travel Professional and want to serve/help others and enjoy interacting with people from all over the globe! To ensure success as a Travel Support Advisor, you should be able to display exceptional client service skills and the ability to support customers in a timely manner. 

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and research potential client travel inquiries.
• Follow up with clients to ensure that any reported issues have been resolved before, during, or after travel.
• Respond professionally and timely to client incoming phone calls, emails, or other communications.
• Organize and deliver itinerary materials in a cohesive manner for clients.
• Make reservations on behalf of clients for flights, car rental, lodging, excursions, and activities while ensuring the clients' preferences are met.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated: ability to self-teach, in addition to provided training, using written and video guides as references
• Must have a computer and/or cell phone with access to WIFI.
• Willingness to receive and implement feedback.
• Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
