Travel Coordinator jobs in Connecticut
Travel Coordinator coordinates travel arrangements. Schedules hotel, flight, and car rentals and prepares itineraries. Being a Travel Coordinator answers questions about travel policies and process. Assists with visa processing and other travel related documentation. Additionally, Travel Coordinator ensures that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget. May coordinate with outside travel agencies. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Travel Coordinator works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. - Attend an Orientation online.
- Attend webinar training for increased knowledge.
- Computer or smartphone required w/access to WIFI.
- Self-Motivated. Internet savvy- Must know how to use the internet.
