What You'll Do:

• Communicate on day to day with internal and external stakeholders to resolve cases.
• Review and validate charges from Logistics Service Providers.
• Ensure right carrier performance management, such as on-time truck performance, linehaul impact to customer experience, etc.
• Identify and develop appropriate performance metrics and ensure consistent measurement and accountability.
• Continual, operational/tactical communication with external customers (Carriers) and internal customers (Fulfilment Centres, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance).
• Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
• Continuous Improvement Management with carriers, focused on development of larger and more complex players to ensure they will be able to meet demand. Optimizes procedures, process, and best practices.
• Uses expertise and judgment to select stakeholders to determine the right goals, inform decisions, and design long-term solutions for Transportation network operations.
• Lead and being a partner with business leaders to define, create, implement, and execute key business processes to Plan, Source, Delivery services.
• Solve for existing business metrics and create new mechanisms for accountability where needed. Identify procurement needs through ability to read, analyse, and study data interpreting the areas of opportunity.
• Responsible for development of their team and development of OPLOG cross border international shipping services to establish an end-to-end supply chain.
• Analysing existing trucking capacity versus forecasted capacity requirements, particularly with the view of supporting seasonal peak times of year; Working to develop medium-term capacity with carriers.
• Analyse and improve network design in partnership with Supply Chain teams to meet best in class cost and customer experience results.
• Ensure right business metrics are prepared for and participate in regular Operations calls, business reviews.
• Provide support on long-term supply chain and capacity planning and forecasting.
• Provide analysis and recommendations for business lanes with quantitative justification.
• Source, contract and manage international transportation service to provide end-to-end supply chain.
• Create standard workflow for customers brokerage requirements.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant departmants,
• Ability to organize, and prepare, report on and interpret large sets of data,
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s),
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Being an excellent team player and communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to back this up,
• Have a significant previous work experience in a fast-moving Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Ecommerce environment,
• Experience in operations/supply chain/logistics/e-commerce is a plus,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word, alongside Data-warehouse analysis.
• Having solid analytical skills and capabilities.
