Summary
The GSA Rental Manager leads the GSA rental effort for assigned territory. Duties will include, but not be limited to, creating and implementing a market specific strategy for their area, client development and exceeding forecasted.

Essential Functions
- Exceed forecasted revenue targets through an aggressive rental effort
- Client development and relationships
- Ensure compliance with insurance standards to protect the company
- Prepare the necessary paperwork
- Proper use of our Systems: TSD, GSA STR Website Gmail and Master’s Website
- Frequent review of the tracking spreadsheet, sell over list, and detail workflow calendar
- Travel within the territory assigned to the branch
- Attend Trade Shows
- Maintain a valid CDL with medical card
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new
- legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Attend company meetings as required
- Other duties as assigned by manager

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Two years or more sales experience
