Reads, comprehends, and rewrites materials in designated languages following established linguistic rules related to word meanings, sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation. Being a Translator must be well versed in vocabulary dealing with specialty. Must follow ethical procedures and policies that protect the confidentiality of information. Additionally, Translator may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
