Translator translates written and spoken information from one language to another. Reads, comprehends, and rewrites materials in designated languages following established linguistic rules related to word meanings, sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation. Being a Translator must be well versed in vocabulary dealing with specialty. Must follow ethical procedures and policies that protect the confidentiality of information. Additionally, Translator may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Translator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. JOB PURPOSE: To perform translations as needed to support Bruss North America and maintain document control system; to include translations for employees, documents, processes, and procedures. May assist in providing training on assembly and production processes at workstations and ensure employees are certified to Bruss standards in both English and Spanish.
AUTHORITY: The authority to train employees following Bruss standards. Responsible for ensuring that trainees are producing a high-quality product, and producing quality and environmental reporting, and production documentation.

QUALIFICATION
An energetic individual with appropriate industry experience. Must have the ability to coach, train and show facilitation skills toward employees of all levels. Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Proven skills working with cross-functional teams. An understanding of the Bruss organization and standards. Must be proficient in multiple manufacturing processes and procedures.
