Position Summary:
The Dean/Director of Education sets the standards of educational quality and supports the efforts of the faculty and staff to achieve maximum educational effectiveness. He/she develops academic policies and programs for the institution, directs and coordinates activities of department/program chairpersons, faculty, and provides general direction to Registrar and Librarian of the institution. As the academic head of the institution, advises the School Director, National Director of Education and Vice President of Education on all retention and academic matters. The Dean/DOE also serves as the liaison officer with accrediting and licensing agencies. In the absence of the School Director, may serve as chief administrative officer.
