Join our team as a Service Training Specialist and play a crucial role in our restaurant's transition from counter service to casual sit-down dining. We're seeking a dedicated individual who will help train our employees to deliver exceptional service that matches our delicious food offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to our restaurant's transition to casual sit-down service.
• Train and mentor staff on proper table service etiquette, guest interaction, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Create training materials, manuals, and resources to support ongoing employee development.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to enhance service skills.
• Collaborate with management to assess training needs and continuously improve service standards.
• Provide feedback and support to employees to enhance their service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality training.
