Training Specialist jobs in Anderson, SC

Evaluate and drive improvements related to KAVX training and orientation programs related to production.  Will create and or enhance KAVX production systems to provide standardization and promote process improvement methodologies such as 5-Why, analytical problem solving, 5S, and LEAN concepts.  Performs other duties as assigned.

• Development and support of production training and orientation systems for Fountain Inn SC facility.
• Work closely with production managers, supervisors, and operators to evaluate existing training and orientation systems.
• Drive the development of new systems or modification of existing programs, modules and courses including objectives, pre/post assessments, activities, simulations and performance-based evaluations.
• Interface with all levels of employees in planning and implementation of training.
• Stay up to date on new trends, systems, and technologies related to production training.
• Responsible for developing methods for evaluating the effectiveness of training and orientation programs related to production.
• Occasional support of off-shift manufacturing teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• 5 years of related experience preferred, including 1 year of design/development of training curriculum
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to interface with all levels of employees
