Training Manager designs, plans, and implements training programs, policies, and procedures. Collaborates with functional teams to assess ongoing and future training and development needs and the effectiveness of established programs. Being a Training Manager researches new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs to meet the organization's changing needs. Engages with vendors providing supplemental training programs or training content. Additionally, Training Manager ensures that training resources and delivery methods are kept up to date and are effective. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Our Supportive and Health Services Department consists of a team of passionate and dedicated professionals who specialize in providing high level support services to current and formerly homeless individuals, physically and/or mentally disabled individuals, vulnerable seniors and veterans.

About the Position
The Housing Navigator/Intensive Case Manager position assists and aids individuals and families requiring assistance from the organization. The Housing Navigator/Intensive Case Manager fills a central role in linking homeless individuals and families to an appropriate housing plan and supporting them in Tenancy Sustaining Services. The goal for the Housing Navigator/Intensive Case Manager is to facilitate rapid and resourced exits from homelessness into permanent supportive housing and provides participant advocacy, case management, benefit establishment, linkage to Mental Health and/or Substance Use Services, linkage to stable housing and all other supportive services as needed.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position, with a starting pay rate at $26.00 per hour. We provide an attractive benefits package including two weeks paid time off to start, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and an employee assistance program.
