Our F45 family is looking for a highly motivated Studio Manager for our brand new Cary, NC location. This role is a fulltime position that requires you to be a leader of a small team of trainers and will blend 20-30 hours of Manager duties; including communicating and actioning member requests, membership sales, scheduling and training staff AND coaching 10-20 hours of classes each week to build report with the members and community. The Studio Manager must execute a lead generation/marketing strategies plan to increase fitness membership sales, as well as promote the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy F45 lifestyle to promote client retention. The Studio Manager is not only a mentor, but an Ambassador of our brand, and must be an energetic, experienced trainer and a proven leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations and overall studio performance
- Be responsible for onboarding and training staff and upholding the standards of class delivery and performance from the trainers
- Action member requests and questions that come through via email, texts and phone calls
- Ensure all systems and studio practices/processes are adhered to, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, payment handling, delinquent account procedures, and customer care calls
- Oversee the membership sales process and nurturing of new clients and trailers
- Increase studio conversion rate and achieve client retention goals through high quality coaching and rapport building
- Create and foster a positive and encouraging studio community and environment
- Maintain top-notch cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the studio and inventory
- Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to both clients and team members
- Ensure studio branding by adhering to company guidelines and values
- Maintain strong working knowledge of F45 programming by participating in at least two (2) classes per week
- Help create and deliver a marketing plan for social media, digital/print marketing, and community/charity events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2 years of proven leadership in the Health & Fitness industry required
- Must have a Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization
- Must have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- 2 years of management experience preferred, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, disciplining, and terminating
- Must have outstanding delivery of high-quality customer service, excellent verbal and written communication, punctual
- Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with Studio Owners, other trainers and clients
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Computer proficiency with MS Office programs, MindBody Online, Instagram, as well as various media platforms
