The Facility Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, team production and development, consistent delivery of our brand standards, and drive facility membership growth goals.

· Work collaboratively with Head Coach, Coaches, and Sales team to lead and drive facility’s overall effectiveness, growth, and efficiency
· Hold all team members accountable to ISI Elite Training brand standards
· Maintain a safe, fun, and clean facility
· Execution and management of the ISI sales process
· Ensuring the proper onboarding of all new ISI members
· Responsible for making sure your facility has an elite and consistent member experience
· Manage and participate in events including marketing events
· Motivate Sales Associates and Coaches in achieving membership sales goals for the facility
· Provide clear direction and leadership for the facility and all team members
· Responsible for the hiring, onboarding, training, and the management of all facility staff
· Plan and execute the studios daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals
· Own facility growth and retention KPI reporting, ensuring it is getting updated on a daily basis
At ISI Elite Training, you will lead the operation and success of a high energy facility and build relationships with member and the community in order to help maintain and build a strong member base. You will be responsible for making sure the member experience is first class and always consistent.
What we look for (requirements) in a Facility Manger:
· Have a Bachelor’s degree and basic computer skills
· Resourceful and able to execute a plan of action
· Love helping members achieve their goals and can lead a first class member experience
· A fitness-minded professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a sales quota environment or as a manager of fitness facilitity
· Interested in further development of your professional skills sets- sales, marketing, lead generation, social media, building and retaining members, growing a business
· Can perform, lead, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
· Practice positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
· Demonstrate the desire to lead employees and motivate teams to goals
· Have the flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends, as needed (Not many nights)
· Can commit to participating in 2 ISI workouts per week and attend all relevant ISI training programs
