Training Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate training programs aligned with the objectives and strategy of the company. Collaborates with functional management teams to assess ongoing and future training and development needs as well as effectiveness of established programs. Being a Training Director develops a program delivery schedule that provides training as needed and in locations that work for the participants. Provides engaging communications about program information to encourage participation and highlight the value and benefits of training. Additionally, Training Director approves new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs. Oversees and establishes relationships with vendors to provide additional outside training programs. Manages and develops training professionals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Position Summary:
Talent Recruitment: Develop and oversee a streamlined recruitment process to screen talent: identify, attract, and onboard with an organized approach to their training and development within our clients.
Culture and Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and concerns, fostering a positive work environment. Promote and maintain a healthy company culture that aligns with our business values and mission.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax and employment laws. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Performance Management: Coordinate year-end reviews and goal setting, supporting management and employees in performance-related processes. Provide employee data analytics to support compensation, bonus, and promotional goals.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize learning and development initiatives for staff advancement and satisfaction.
