Program Manager

The Grant Training Center, located in Arlington, VA, trains professionals from all sectors to write grants and manuscripts.

We have an immediate opening for a Program Manager who has excellent communication, writing, editing, research, and computer skills. The right candidate must be able to work with professional staff in the public and private sectors in various capacities as well as coordinating our grant and manuscript-focused workshops. This person will serve as the liaison between various organizations and the Grant Training Center.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Coordinating various workshops and programs virtually or in-person
• Contract negotiation
• Writing and editing official documents, including but not limited to, presentations and reports
• Managing the online membership community
• Creating and managing project timelines and deliverables
• Supporting Grant Training Center’s strategic plans development as necessary
• Conducting office-related duties as needed

Skills Required:

• Excellent writing, editing, customer service, and social media skills.
• Experience with logistics (trainings and workshops) is essential.
• Microsoft Office experience is essential.
• Ability to use webinar (Zoom) and data storage software (Dropbox) is essential.
• Marketing experience is a plus.
• Grant-related and research experience is a plus.

Pay is compensate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
