Training Center Manager manages all operational activities of the training center including staffing, facilities, and coordination with vendors and suppliers. Develops corporate training center strategies and initiatives that reflect the organizations goals. Being a Training Center Manager prepares business plans that support the operation of the center and adhere to budget. May collaborate with educational institutions to provide additional or specialized training. Additionally, Training Center Manager may be responsible for supervising trainers and instructors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Training Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Training Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. THE BASICS
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading a product team/pod and own product features from conception to launch. You and your team will own one area of the Lever platform, and the surface area of the impact you will have is huge. You should excel at cross-functional collaboration and work with leadership, design, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver value to our users--from small business to enterprise recruiting teams-- through product launches. You will seamlessly flow between high-level strategic planning and day-to-day project execution across your team and with other stakeholders. You will set and achieve ambitious goals on growth, adoption and engagement, helping Lever both define and achieve its success as we aggressively grow our market share.

THE SPECIFICS
We’re looking for someone who has experience supporting enterprise client needs within the context of a configurable SaaS platform You should have experience managing configuration software products from inception through launch and iteration: Everything from user permissions, to SSO; from maintaining multiple instances, to localization to maintaining a sandbox environment for change management. Your team will also ensure that the Lever platform scales across the globe for clients of all sizes, stages of growth, and industries.
