Training Assistant is responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development programs. Schedules training events, coordinates with instructors, obtains and distributes required instructional materials, and communicates schedules and details. Being a Training Assistant processes enrollments and answers routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations. Uses an information system or database to enter data and produce reports on training statistics, inventory levels or assessments of the programs and instructors. Additionally, Training Assistant coordinates additional services including technical equipment, meals and refreshments, housekeeping, maintenance or repairs. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Training Assistant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. - Manage founders email inbox and calendar 100%
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Transcribe meeting notes and prepare documents for distribution
- Utilize software such as DocuSign for document management
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Experience with customer service and maintaining professional relationships
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
