Training Analyst reviews and evaluates training programs for an organization to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled. Analyzes existing training program delivery, content, and aids to measure effectiveness and recommend program changes. Being a Training Analyst develops and recommends methods and materials for training staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. Incorporates new training methods that may enhance programs and are relevant to company employees. Additionally, Training Analyst may conduct analysis of instructor performance to drive improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Training Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Coaches will instruct a 30 minute class with toddlers ages 2-4. Providing a fun environment while teaching the basic skills of basketball.
Job days will be on a specific day out of the week teaching one to two 30 minute classes.
Class times: 9:00am -9:30am/ 10:00am - 10:30am

Responsibilities:
- Educate and instruct students in basketball.
- Plan and lead engaging lessons and training sessions.
- Teach proper techniques, skills, and rules of the sport/activity.
- Provide guidance and support to students to help them improve their abilities.
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
- Manage student behavior effectively.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Transportation.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students in an instructional or coaching capacity.
- Knowledge and expertise in the specific sports/activities being taught (basketball)
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate techniques to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents/guardians.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies.
