Training Analyst reviews and evaluates training programs for an organization to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled. Analyzes existing training program delivery, content, and aids to measure effectiveness and recommend program changes. Being a Training Analyst develops and recommends methods and materials for training staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. Incorporates new training methods that may enhance programs and are relevant to company employees. Additionally, Training Analyst may conduct analysis of instructor performance to drive improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Training Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION - NO BENEFITS - FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
Duties:
- Provide training to clients on software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
-The way Tailor-Made Training works is quite unique. We meet with clients in a library of their choice closest to their home. We conduct lectures one on one in a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. We schedule meeting times that are convenient to the client's and trainer's schedule.
This position requires travel to local libraries in RI. Scheduling is flexible. Day hours are required. No evenings or weekends.
```Qualifications:```
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
- QuickBooks experience a plus!
- Since we work with clients with disabilities and the Department of Labor and Training, patience is a must. A caring attitude is a required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
