Training Analyst reviews and evaluates training programs for an organization to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled. Analyzes existing training program delivery, content, and aids to measure effectiveness and recommend program changes. Being a Training Analyst develops and recommends methods and materials for training staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. Incorporates new training methods that may enhance programs and are relevant to company employees. Additionally, Training Analyst may conduct analysis of instructor performance to drive improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Training Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. To facilitate the organizational objective of the psychology department by providing person-centered supports, under the direction of a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, in collaboration with personal support team members and related clinical services. To provide assistance with behavioral and support services to assigned individuals including Medication histories; data collection; data/chart analysis; psychiatric clinic preparation; staff training; monitoring of behavior support programs; support and guidance related to adaptive skills training; direct assistance during crises; and monitoring for persons diagnosed with intellectual disabilities/developmental disabilities, mental illness, and related medical problems. To work closely with Director of Psychology to support service delivery by training staff to implement Behavior Support Plans (BSP) in all aspects of Activities of Daily Living and by collaborating with the PST and clinical team in the ongoing development of BSP’s. To utilize various coaching, modeling, and training techniques to assist participants with achieving treatment goals. To provide on-going specialized services for individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities that includes assisting with comprehensive, efficient, effective, collaborative, and person-centered psychological/behavioral services. This position is considered essential personnel and would be required to work in the event of an emergency or facility need. All SEVTC positions are required to work different shifts and/or overtime as requested.
Bachelor of Arts/Science degree with coursework in Psychology or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Mandatory Pre Training Class is Mon-Fri, 12 days long with shifts from 8:00am-4:30pm).
