Training Analyst reviews and evaluates training programs for an organization to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled. Analyzes existing training program delivery, content, and aids to measure effectiveness and recommend program changes. Being a Training Analyst develops and recommends methods and materials for training staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. Incorporates new training methods that may enhance programs and are relevant to company employees. Additionally, Training Analyst may conduct analysis of instructor performance to drive improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Training Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Summary:
The Analyst-in-Training prepares and analyzes environmental samples using standard analytical techniques according to scientific and EPA methodology in compliance with GEL Laboratories LLC's (GEL) Quality Assurance programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Typical Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor of Science, preferably in a science discipline.
This is an entry level position, so no prior experience is required but related experience is certainly a plus.
