Training Analyst reviews and evaluates training programs for an organization to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled. Analyzes existing training program delivery, content, and aids to measure effectiveness and recommend program changes. Being a Training Analyst develops and recommends methods and materials for training staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. Incorporates new training methods that may enhance programs and are relevant to company employees. Additionally, Training Analyst may conduct analysis of instructor performance to drive improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Training Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. All you have to do is provide your clients with their full 30 minute session, a written workout sheet, and re-do their measurements once a month!
Certification or degree required. For those with experience but no certification, we can help you get certified. Certification must be complete within 60 days.
New employees are available for a performance review and RAISE every 90 days for their first 9 months of employment!
