Additionally, Training Administrator may coordinate or administer skill or competency assessments, career counseling, outplacement, and other specialized training or development programs for employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Training Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Training Administrator to join our team developing electric-powered aircraft. The goal of a Supply Chain Training Administrator at Wisk is to assist with development of training materials, videos and intranet website development. You will be part of the Supply Chain team that develops an efficient Supply Chain strategy to meet the needs for our next generation aircraft in order to build the first fully autonomous all-electric aircraft that performs and operates safely in an urban air-mobility environment. In support of this goal, you will be part of the Supply Chain team that develops business models, tools and implements training, to help inform other business units how to do business with our supply chain team.  Your goal is to optimize supply chain visibility and develop fun training material to coach and inform internal business units.

    • The successful candidate is a creative, positive team player who enjoys having direct hands-on experience with building out a variety of training tools, including implementation of fun videos for incorporation into our intranet website and who is not afraid to interface with team members throughout the department. In this role, it is preferred if the candidate is willing to assist with creating training presentations and process documentation, to help with team efficiency.


    What you will do:
    • As part of the Supply Chain organization, you will act as a Supply Chain Training Administrator for a novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market
    • You will take part in initiatives such as building out training materials for the entire supply chain department
    • You may interact with multiple internal stakeholders including corporate development, global partnerships, engineering, manufacturing, quality, facilities, finance, program management, and flight test and system teams to support supply chain training activities
    • You may help build out and implement supply chain intranet job aids
    • You may take part in problem solving activities such as building out supplier risk management and supplier performance initiatives, including modeling tools, scorecards etc. for team adoption
    • Primarily, you will be working closely with supply chain team members, but could also interact with other company stakeholders in support of training initiatives
    • As a Supply Chain Training Administrator, you may help draft supply chain strategy and process documentation 


    What you have done:
    • Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree or the equivalent in experience with a willingness to jump in and assist our supply chain team
    • At least two (2) years educational experience in training development, supply chain, business administration, finance or accounting related field of study
    • Some analytical, organizational and judgment skills are preferred
    • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal 
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment


    Desired:
    • You have experience or a desire to learn how to write training documentation, presentations and job aids, make inspiring training videos and suggest improvements to make websites more user friendly

    This internship role will be based at Wisk's headquarters in Mountain View, California and relocation or housing will not be provided.


    Eligibility Requirements For US

    Must be able to work on-site in Mountain View, CA

    Must be legally authorized to work in the US

    Must live in the US at both the time of application AND at the time the internship begins

    Must be either a rising sophomore, junior, or senior in college

    Must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0, transcripts are required

    Must be an enrolled student at both the time of application AND at the time the internship begins

    Must be able to work 40 hours a week for 10 weeks (full-time for 3 months)
