Training Administrator is responsible for the coordination of employee and management training programs. Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress. Being a Training Administrator assists in other administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs. Coordinates and tracks participation in outside training activities. Additionally, Training Administrator may coordinate or administer skill or competency assessments, career counseling, outplacement, and other specialized training or development programs for employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Training Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. makes a difference by – As Administrator in Training, you will assist the Executive
Director with day to day administration of facility. You will work on special
projects, assist ED to strive to achieve excellence in resident/patient care,
high employee retention and be an integral part of the local community we
serve. This position will perform regular rounds to monitor
delivery of nursing care, operation of support departments, cleanliness and
appearance of the facility; morale of the staff; and ensures patient/resident
needs are being addressed. You will
assist in reviewing weekly and monthly financial reports and assist department
heads in reviewing spend down reports as well as other projects as assigned. This position will follow all state
guidelines for AIT program to fulfill requirements for licensure and reporting. You could be a great
