Training Administrator is responsible for the coordination of employee and management training programs. Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress. Being a Training Administrator assists in other administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs. Coordinates and tracks participation in outside training activities. Additionally, Training Administrator may coordinate or administer skill or competency assessments, career counseling, outplacement, and other specialized training or development programs for employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Training Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Hours: 7:30-4:30 Daily for full time position
Training Coordinator Expectations:
· Punctuality and attendance is very important. CALINC is only looking for employees who can be on time and present on the job.
· Intermediate Skills of MS Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Microsoft Access strongly recommended
·50 WPM
· Must be able to handle a large workload in a fast pace environment
· Must be able to multi task. As stated previously, this is a fast pace office environment with very high demand and this position is expected to produce at a faster pace than the typical office environment.
· Great Customer Service Skills- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries in a positive matter.
· Email correspondence capability
· Get along with others. Always keep a calm even attitude.
·Must pass drug test
Tasks
· Communicating with clients and vendors regarding upcoming training classes.
· Enrolling students in classes by calls or by online requests into our Microsoft Access Database
· Create and print manuals for classes
· Coordinate and process specific course needs
· Completion of regulatory agency paperwork. Paperwork processing and retention. Class Management is a large portion of the responsibilities of this position from Bidding to execution and billing of each class.
· Maintaining physical and digital student records
· Be responsive to clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)
·Coordinate Instructors Schedules and prepare all supplies needed for Courses
·Provides estimates for offsite classes when needed (Will be trained, must have Excel skills)
·Responsible for handling the Outlook Schedule Calendar that is used for all classes provided by CALINC Training.
·Various admin tasks as needed
· Admin tasks for Training Director, Lead Coordinator and instructors of the Company including reminding of appointments and important information.
· Back up for Lead Coordinator when out
