Traffic Supervisor supervises employees who make deliveries to and from specified locations. Oversees transportation activities including route assignments, route delivery, and account processing. Being a Traffic Supervisor schedules drivers and assigns routes to maximize productivity and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company rules. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Traffic Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. May require a CDL license. The Traffic Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.   • Upcoming project in Dover, NY possibly starting in June. Flagger(s) will be needed M-F overnight, weekends 24hrs, and intermittent day shifts during the week. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. Stipends available. Weekly direct deposit.

    Experience suggested, but not required. Roadside, traffic control, first responder preferred. Will be required to obtain some training. Will be required to obtain free Traffic Incident Management online. May be required to use own vehicle and equipment. Will be required to interact with various types of people. May be required to work in adverse environments or conditions. May lead to other work or advancements.

    First responder/roadside owned small business operating 24/365 that takes a para-public safety and customer service approach to roadside assistance and traffic control. Additional information available during interview.

    Can lead to additional flagging or roadside work. Our Roadside Service Technicians may perform tire change, tire patch, air delivery, fuel/fluid delivery, jump start, battery delivery and install, and lockout services to customers at time of request.
