We are a traffic control company looking to add a Field Supervisor to our Ohio management staff. Our office is located on Broadway Avenue in Oakwood Village Ohio. The industry environment is fast paced and fluid. Our company covers an 80 mile radius in northeast Ohio and a company vehicle will be provided.
This will be a full-time position, offering support and leadership to our Operations Manager, as well as, the field staff and contractors allocated to you. Responsibilities of the Field Supervisor will include managing day-to-day field operations, ordering necessary equipment, on-site training, performance monitoring, problem solving, and ensuring safety policies are adhered to. Ultimately, an outstanding Field Supervisor should be able to build good working relationships with customers and employees, as well as, resolve customer and employee complaints in an efficient manner.
Field Supervisor Requirements:
