Overview:
We are seeking 3 dedicated Traffic Supervisors to join our team. As a Traffic Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic in construction zones.
Duties:
- Set up and maintain traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades per MUTCD , CDOT, and local municipality standards.
- Communicate effectively with construction crews to coordinate traffic flow
- Monitor traffic patterns and adjust controls as needed to optimize safety
-The ability to work out of town is a plus even if its a week or two at a time.
-Being bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus as well.
Skills:
-Must be able to communicate professionally and execute directions efficiently.
-Comprehensive Knowledge of the MUTCD guidelines and specifications. There will be a oral exam during the interview process.

- Proactiveness and attention to detail.
