Well-established skincare and beauty products company in LA is seeking a Senior Analyst- Demand and Inventory Planner to join their team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Predict future demand for our core items, promotions, seasonal products, and new arrivals.
• Identify and analyze any risks in the demand forecast and come up with effective plans to mitigate them, ensuring that the inventory levels are optimal, and customers are satisfied.
• Regularly plan and update forecasts for new products, seasonal items, discounts, promotions, and new regions.
• Recommended adjustments to the sales forecasts and inventory targets based on market trends and changes in demand.
• Investigate and address any significant discrepancies between sales and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to review sales and forecasts in comparison to established business plans.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Demand and Inventory Planning experience
• 3 years of Analyst experience
• Proficient with MS Office suite
• Proficient with Excel (Spreadsheets, V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas)
• Hands-on experience with future forecasting, identification, and analysis of forecast risk.

Pay

• $24-$25 per hour.
