Hawx is seeking to hire a full-time Financial Analyst in Ogden, Utah. This position will be responsible for analyzing and reporting all aspects related to our operational service centers and SG&A departments. The right candidate will know how to integrate KPIs to understand what is happening financially with operations.

Responsible for the development and tracking of metrics for your area
Maintain rolling 12 month budgets for the business, including evaluating the needs of each department in the long term
Analyze trends to reduce financial risks associated with making investment or spending decisions

Problem-solver: Prioritizes understanding the problem over chasing new solutions. Pays close attention to the details and has a keen sense for whats not working and how it can be improved.
Operational Efficiency: Understands operational processes and workflow optimization strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with different departments to align processes and ensure seamless coordination with all stakeholders.
Task Management: Utilizes task management software (Asana) to organize, track, prioritize, and complete routine tasks.
Organization and Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks while staying on top of multiple workflows in process and to achieve those tasks on time and on target.
2 years of relevant Finance experience
Bachelors degree in Finance or related field
