Our Client is seeking a Telecommunication Analyst to manage the Clients Telecommunications invoice procession. The Customer uses Carlo and the Analyst will work with Claero, the providers, and internal Finance Teams to support the processing of invoices and maintain an accurate Calero Service inventory. The Analyst will oversee the accurate processing of the 71 Client invoices.
The services include wireline, wireless, usage accounts, pagers, toll free services, fiber networks, platforms, hosted solutions and other voice and data services. Some of the providers have Portal access which can be used to verify questions and billing issues. The resource will have knowledge of all vendor portals and services.
We are seeking analyst with the following background
- Background in Telecom or IT Fiance
- Strong Computer Skills, MS applications, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong interpersonal skills, Strong Teamwork, Collaboration, working with multiple departments.
