    A motivated team member dedicated to helping the company grow through supporting the department’s operations. As an expert in finding new opportunities for sales your understanding of the markets and products will help the service and product sales for each region grow.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:
    Search for new opportunities in developing relationships to grow your assigned region. You will help grow the business through creating sales quotes and searching for new opportunities for business development. You will be the primary support for our Sales Account Managers and their assigned branches.
    Responsibilities:
    Job Summary
    As an Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for promoting all services, products and branding that TMI provides. You are expected to build new customer relationships, maintain existing customer relationships and build partnerships with regional vendor representatives while actively pursuing new opportunities.

    Essential
    Duties
    • Develop, coordinate and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities
    • Maintain customer relations with existing customers as well as develop new customers
    • Drive profitability through scheduled product demonstrations in sales territory
    • Coordinate and maintain relationships with regional vendor representatives for product support
    • Actively participate in trade associations and improve TMI awareness in marketplace
    • Create and establish weekly call routes to maximize region coverage
    • Promote and network TMI services through industry tradeshows
    • Identify opportunities in both traditional and non‐traditional markets
    • Generate sales quotes and sales orders through TM Soft
    • Coordinate with perspective Area Managers any logistics required by the customer
    • Identify and communicate new products to be added into product mix regionally or companywide
    • When necessary availability for jobsite support and or onsite management when required by customer
    • Provide support role for branch counter operations whenrequired

    Required
    Knowledge
    • High level knowledge of road safety industry & MUTCDguidelines
    • Customer and Vendor relationshipbuilding
    • Product knowledge and their uses to apply solutions for customer requests and needs
    • Basic understanding of customer classifications (City, County, State, Contractor, Utility, etc) and how to navigate and conduct business

    PAY:
    The salary range for candidates who will work in Washington is $85,000.00 to $110,000.00. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, type, and years of experience within the industry, education, etc. Traffic Management, Inc. is a multi-state employer and this Salary range may not reflect positions in other states.
