Traffic Manager develops and maintains transportation and distribution procedures to maximize delivery efficiency. Selects appropriate delivery methods to minimize delivery costs and maximize customer satisfaction. Being a Traffic Manager analyzes, handles, and reviews loss and damage claims caused by accidents. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Traffic Manager typically reports to a director. The Traffic Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Position Overview:
You’ll have the opportunity to guide the Division towards niche markets while supporting Hunt Electric’s other eight Divisions and offices. It will be a management-level position, responsible for all facets of the business and overseeing the Traffic and Infrastructure Division operations across multiple branches. Accountable for profit and losses, vision, and forecasting. The Division focus is on the installation of duct bank systems & all related subsystems in green-field and dense brown-field environments for private, State, & Federal clients. An understanding of light and heavy equipment, OSHA regulations, and State and Federal guidelines is a must.
