May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Traffic Manager typically reports to a director. The Traffic Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Dakota Traffic Services, LLC is a full-service traffic control, pavement marking, and signing company. We operate in much of South Dakota and also NW Iowa with offices in Tea, SD and Sioux City, Iowa. Our Traffic Control division specializes in providing safe work zones of all sizes, from simple street closures to large interstate projects and detours. We are looking for a Traffic Control Tech to join our team. This role rarely is required to spend overnight out of town for work. If this occurs, hotel and per diem will be paid.
