Traffic Manager develops and maintains transportation and distribution procedures to maximize delivery efficiency. Selects appropriate delivery methods to minimize delivery costs and maximize customer satisfaction. Being a Traffic Manager analyzes, handles, and reviews loss and damage claims caused by accidents. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Traffic Manager typically reports to a director. The Traffic Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. - Operate equipment, including Forklifts, Skid Steer, Truck & Trailer combo
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Responsible for quantity sheets
Skills and Qualifications- Ability to identify problems/issues, generate solutions and make sound decisions using standard procedures.
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environments.
- Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
- Report to work at the designated start time.
- Be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
- Be able to work overtime when required.
- Must have strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
- Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Pass a pre-employment DOT physical.
- Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co–workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas.
- Be at least age 18 years of age due to nature of working environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- 1 years’ experience in the construction field or prior traffic control experience.
