    Job Summary

    Ironmark is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Agency Operations Team as Traffic Manager with a focus both on creative project efficiencies and project management throughout the job lifecycle of the marketing, creative and production departments. In this role, experience in project management of print and tangible marketing (print, promotional, signage, etc.) will be essential. The responsibilities include estimating and assigning creative work, managing timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring creative projects are completed on time and within budget. This position reports to the Director of Agency Operations.


    Responsibilities

    • Manages the internal and external production of creative/marketing projects, from beginning to end.
    • Responsible for the Creative Intake Queue; scope project requests, ensure all required assets are available, communicate timelines to customer service reps (CSRs), assign projects to the Creative Team based on client history, capacity, strongest fit, etc.
    • Work with Agency Operations Manager to monitor and have a pulse on creative resource capacity and allocation, ensuring projects are assigned based on timelines and/or due date.
    • Oversees quality control in conjunction with the Creative Director and AM’s.
    • Opens creative jobs in ERP and Project Management Software. Assigns job numbers, applies expenses to jobs and assists in resource allocation within Project Management software.
    • Works to prepare and streamline Standard Operating Procedures with department heads.
    • Prepares creative jobs for Accounting for end-of-month billing.
    • Other duties as assigned by Director, Agency Operations.

    Required Skills and Abilities

    • Demonstrated track record of high achievement in trafficking and managing complex marketing projects from beginning to end.
    • Excellent listening, oral and written communication, and presentation skills that support the ability to understand and overcome client concerns and objections.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Extensive knowledge of graphic design and brand development.
    • Effective time-management with the ability to delegate to others and to prioritize your tasks as well as others, as they pertain to client work.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
    • Previous successful print, promotional, large format and event experience desired.
